Vincent most recently spent nearly seven years in a similar position with Heartland Bank & Trust, which previously operated as Town & Country Bank. Prior to that, she worked as a mortgage loan officer for Hickory Point Bank & Trust and Illinois National Bank.
"I started in 1997 at Capital Community Bank, working out of a branch in Mt. Pulaski," Vincent said. "I loved it, but we've just had mergers and more mergers (in this industry) and I was ready to get back to my roots of working in a local community bank."
Alliance Community Bank, headquartered in Petersburg, is expanding its Springfield presence with a new location at 4427 Yucan Dr. on the far west side, scheduled to open later this year. The bank has had a location on Andrew Road in Springfield since 1994.
Vincent is working out of the current Springfield location until the new branch is completed. "It's targeted to open by the end of the year, and then I'll be moving over there," she said.
In November 2018, Athens State Bank and National Bank of Petersburg merged to form Alliance Community Bank. ACB has two locations in Petersburg, plus branches in Athens, Mason City and Springfield.
