RISE is back with their second speed networking event this year. The RISE Speed Networking Event is where young professionals, aged 21 to 39, have the opportunity to make as many relevant connections as possible. Attendees can share their professional backgrounds and current goals while building partnerships with future collaborators. Registration includes appetizers and cash bar at the reception. Space is limited to the first 50 young professionals who register and registration is required.

At this Workshop we will discuss the different types of commercial leases, and the wording in leases to be aware of as a potential renter, or a landlord. Attendees will also learn the differences between triple net leases, and gross leases. Attendees will also learn how to properly determine the total amount due under their lease as well as learning how to identify other potential areas of concerns in the wording of leases.
