Sean Keeley, a well-known name in the Springfield dining scene, is the new director of catering for Arena Food Service.
Keeley spent the past two years as the executive chef at Broadgauge in Petersburg. Prior to that he was the lead culinary specialist at Lincoln Land Community College’s Culinary Institute and the executive chef and general manager of Sangamo Club. Keeley also operated his own fine-dining restaurant, Ross Isaac, on MacArthur Boulevard for nearly seven years before it closed in 2014.
Arena Food Service recently moved into a new facility at 3086 Normandy Road which previously housed catering companies 5 Flavors and Secret Recipes. Keeley said an open house is planned for September.
