The Central Illinois Customer Service
Association (CILCSA) is hosting a workshop on “The Intangible It,” featuring Jack
Stahlmann, on Thursday, Oct. 5.
Stahlmann, also known as the “don’t flinch
guy,” inspires organizations by sharing the lessons he has learned in Los Angeles
as an actor, producer, director, and of course, a waiter.
By sharing humorous and humbling tales of his
Tinseltown adventures, Stahlmann breaks down the “it” factor that makes certain
actors superstars and shares how you can use those lessons to go from a small player
to a star in your profession.
CILCSA strives to provide keynote speakers
that resonate will all level of employees. From front line staff to the CEO,
there is a takeaway for everyone.
“The Intangible It” will take place on Oct. 5
from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at Hope Church, 3000 Lenhart Road, Springfield. Register
