Isringhausen
Imports and Downtown Springfield, Inc. have opened applications for the 2024 Isringhausen DRIVE Grant, a sizable cash grant
presented yearly to individuals looking to kick start or expand a business in
downtown Springfield.
Now in its third year, the Isringhausen DRIVE Grant is committed to fostering entrepreneurship and supporting the growth of small businesses in our community. Previous recipients of the grant include The Wakery, a unique non-alcoholic bar and late-night coffee shop, and Ceramics Made by Rosie, an artisanal producer of hand-thrown ceramics.
The Isringhausen DRIVE Grant aims to provide a launching pad
for innovative and ambitious individuals eager to make a positive impact on
downtown Springfield. It was created in partnership with Downtown Springfield,
Inc., a local nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing economic
and cultural vitality in Springfield's historic downtown. DSI was instrumental in
selecting previous DRIVE grant winners, distributing the money and performing
other important duties and plans to do so again.
