Haley Wilson has joined the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln as director of communications. She was most recently director of membership and communications for the Illinois Association of Community and Action Agencies, where she had worked since 2016.

“As a Springfield native, I am truly grateful and honored to work for an organization that has such a great impact on our community,” Wilson said.

Wilson holds a master’s degree in brand communications from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and is a graduate of Benedictine University in Springfield. She was named one of Springfield Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2020.

Wilson has served as a board member for Compass for Kids and Illinois Women in Leadership and an advisory board member for Helping Hands of Springfield.

She lives in Springfield with her husband, Erik, and two children, EJ and Quincy.
