Benjamin M. Sgro and Jeana K. Reinbold have become partners of the law firm of Sgro, Hanrahan, Durr & Rabin LLP effective Jan. 1. The firm, located at 1119 S. Sixth St., will now be known as Sgro, Hanrahan, Durr, Rabin & Reinbold, LLP.

Sgro has practiced as an associate with the firm since 2014. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation and workers’ compensation. Sgro also handles a variety of matters in business law, estate planning and other general civil matters.

Sgro is active in the Springfield community, having served as a member of the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Central Illinois, a wish grantor for Make-A-Wish Illinois and a member of the Illinois Innocence Project Advisory Task Force. He holds a law degree from Saint Louis University Law School.

Jeana Reinbold concentrates her practice on the representation of debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and related litigation and has also served as a chapter 7 trustee appointed to bankruptcy cases in the Central District of Illinois since 2012. She also provides her clients with services relating to estate and business planning.

Prior to joining the firm as a partner, she served as a bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney with firms in Chicago and New England, and established her own law practice in Springfield in 2012. Reinbold also previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. Hillman (ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2000.
