Joshua Adams has been hired as a customer experience manager for OOT Box Media, a full-service creative agency. ”I make sure that I communicate with the current clients, and that the content we create is in line with their goals for their marketing endeavors,” said Adams.

Most recently, Adams was the membership representative for the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, a role he began in March 2020 a few weeks before the stay-at-home order took effect. He also previously worked for Neuhoff Media.

“I tried my hand at sales, and it just wasn’t for me,” said Adams. “But I am very creative and I enjoy getting to be creative every day.”

Earlier this year, OOT Box Media relocated to 925 Clocktower Dr. in what owner Andrew Bartlett said was a significant expansion for the company.
