Tony DelGiorno is starting his own law practice, after nearly two decades with Rammelkamp Bradney, P.C.

“I’ll be focusing primarily on what I always have, which is elder law, estate planning, Medicaid protection for nursing home cases, guardianships, probate and trust cases,” said DelGiorno. “But this is a new opportunity to remarket myself in Springfield, and I plan to also do some business start-ups and incorporating, along with some tax work.”

After earning his juris doctorate from American University in Washington, D.C., DelGiornio worked as an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service for a year before joining Rammelkamp Bradney in 2003. He has also taught business law as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Illinois College in Jacksonville.

DelGiorno Law Office, LLC will open for business on Aug. 2 at 2160 S. Sixth St., Suite E.

“Right now, my current legal assistant, Tanya Cox, will be joining me,” DelGiorno said. “I’m optimistic that as time goes on, there may be some additional growth down the road.”
