Mamer began his career at CEFCU 25 years ago as a member assistant and most recently served as the chief operations officer.
Spenny has worked at CEFCU for 27 years and started out in the mortgage department, later serving as vice president of mortgages and business services and then chief lending officer. He was named president and CEO in May 2006.
Under Spennys leadership, CEFCU expanded into the Springfield and Decatur markets. It also acquired Valley Credit Union in San Jose, California, and recently announced plans to acquire four branches of Simmons Bank in the Metro East area of Illinois.
