Tackling uncomfortable questions about diversity and inclusion in your communications

Do you want to ensure authenticity in your diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives but aren’t sure how? The Association for Women in Communications is hosting a free Zoom session on Thursday, Nov. 12 at noon entitled, "Tackling uncomfortable questions about diversity and inclusion in your communications."

Our nation’s racial reckoning this summer rivaled even the global pandemic in its social, political and personal importance. Most of us want to be part of the solution, but our diversity and inclusion efforts often feel like awkward baby steps with little impact on the issues. Join this honest — and sometimes uncomfortable — discussion on how to ensure authenticity in your diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The guest speaker, Carla Kalogeridis, is president of Kaló Media, a boutique custom publishing agency that helps association, nonprofit, B2B and consumer publishers create content, publications and events.

The program is free of charge for both members and non-members. Register here.
