Tom Owen, who has worked as the member representative for the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce for the past 10 years, will retire on July 15. Prior to joining the Chamber staff, Owen served on the Ambassador Committee for eight years, including serving as the committee chair. In addition, he served a three-year term on the Chamber’s board of directors.

In his professional career, Owen managed Photographic Service Corporation and PSC Digital, providing commercial photography, photo lab services and multimedia presentations. In 2004, he became licensed in financial services and worked for Prudential Financial prior to opening an agency with his business partner, Bob Owens.

Joshua Adams has been hired to succeed Owen as the Chamber’s new membership representative. He most recently worked as an account executive for Neuhoff Media and also served as a Chamber ambassador. He and his fiancé, Sara, are expecting their first child in November.
