Best Life Counseling Services, LLC is expanding and moving to a new location. Owner Melanie Jesse said the practice took off faster than she anticipated. “I filled up really quickly, so my dear friend, Melissa McCulloch, who is also a licensed clinical social worker, is joining me.”

The office is currently located on Clocktower Drive but Jesse said she the business will be relocating to a larger space at 2621 Montega Dr.

Before going into private practice, Jesse worked in hospice care and also provided counseling for nursing home residents throughout Central Illinois.

“We see people for a variety of reasons, but we specialize in grief and loss, chronic and terminal illnesses,” she explained. “We’re some of the only Medicare providers and not many other counselors focus on grief and loss.”

The new office is scheduled to open on July 1.
