The Central Illinois Customer Service Association (CILCSA) is hosting an event for businesses that are committed to improving customer service and making Springfield the “friendliest city.”

CILCSA is kicking off 2020 with a program on Wednesday, Feb. 5 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at the Crowne Plaza Springfield Convention Center. Keynote speaker Laurie Guest will blend real-life examples, proven action steps, practical advice and takeaways in her engaging talk.
