Downtown Springfield, Inc. is going back to the 1920s for its annual awards dinner on Thursday, Jan. 16 at the Wyndham Springfield City Centre. A networking time will take place from 5-6:30 p.m., followed by the dinner and program, including the 2019 Downtown Awards for Excellence and the Mayor’s annual state of the downtown address.
