Read which building permits were approved by the City of Springfield between Dec. 16 and Jan. 5.

K. C. Chatham, LLC Nolan R. E. Services, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at Chatham Hills club house at 9 Candlelight Drive. The contractor is Jackson Construction and the project is valued at $75,000.

Pleasant Nursery, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for a strip mall with five tenant spaces at 4300 Wabash Ave. Steve Zhao is the contractor and the project is valued at $600,000.

Mid America Real Estate obtained a commercial remodel permit for 3409 S. Freedom Drive. The contractor is VSP Construction and the project is valued at $185,000.

Kurt Kohlreus and Rachelle Jacobs obtained a commercial remodel permit for 213½ S. 6th St. Milliman Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $370,000.

SPS Legacy, Inc. in care of Peter Sgro obtained a commercial roofing permit for 2725 S. 11th St. Beggs Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.

1 Stop Holdings, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 2800 W. Washington St. The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $3,200.

Memorial Health System in care of Memorial Health Systems obtained a commercial remodel permit for 932 N. Rutledge St. The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $10,000.

Capitol Storage, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for new construction at 500 W. Browning. Capitol Construction Group, LLC is the contractor and the project is valued at $25,000.

All Mart, Inc. obtained a commercial plumbing permit for 1100 S. 11th St. The contractor is Curt Wood Plumbing and the project is valued at $2,000.
