Building permit roundup – September 23 – September 29

Read which building permits were approved by the City of Springfield between September 23 and September 29, 2019.

CEHOG,LLC obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for 1802 E. North Grand Ave. The contractor is Andrew Fonck and the project is valued at $20,000.

White Oaks Mini Storage of Springfield, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for a self storage unit foundation for building 6 at 3881 W. Yucan Dr. The project is valued at $12,750. A permit was also obtained for a unit foundation for building 7 at the same address and that project is valued at $22,000.  Martin Engineering Company is the contractor for both projects.

1 Stop Holdings, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for 2800 W. Washington St. Nexius is the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.

A-1 Lock, Inc. obtained a commercial remodeling permit for parking lot work at 101 N. Fourth St. The contractor is Ron Moeland and the project is valued at $3,000.

The Wanless Estate obtained a commercial remodeling permit for interior renovations at 406 E. Monroe St. Bob Ferry of the Wanless Estate is the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.
