Read which building permits were approved by the City of Springfield between September 16 and September 22, 2019.

Boyd’s New Generation, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior work at 1831 South Grand Ave. East. R. L. Vollintine Construction, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $64,874.

LV Springfield, LLC in care of SLK Global Solutions America obtained a commercial remodel permit for 3201 S. West White Oaks Drive. Milliman Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial remodel permit for 415 N. Ninth St. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $13,500,000.

CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for work on an interior tenant space at 2720 N. Dirksen Parkway. MCO & Associates is the contractor and the project is valued at $120,000.

Capital City Trust in care of Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 3143 S. Dirksen Parkway. Duffy Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $135,000.

Robert Clagett Beck and Katarina Anita Beck Trustees obtained a commercial remodel permit to repair fire damage at 1216 W. Jefferson St., unit 11.  Repair Masters Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.

Heartland Development Group, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1277 E. Toronto Road. Joyner Construction Services, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $7,500.

Top Notch Properties, LLC Durkin Apartments obtained a commercial remodel permit to repair fire damage at 360 S. Durkin Drive, unit 30. The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $13,000.

White Oaks Mini Storage of Springfield, LLC obtained commercial building permits for foundation work for building 4 and building 5 at 3881 W. Yucan Drive.  The contractor for both projects is Martin Engineering Company and the value for each project is $12,750.

William W. Tinsley IV TR and Debra C. Fry TR obtained a commercial remodel permit the work at the Main Gate Bar and Grill at 2143 N. 11th St. MT Hawley is the contractor and the project is valued at $11,500.

Shunk Holdings 0379, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 1152 N. Rutledge St. Advance Group Services is the contractor and the project is valued at $27,284.

P & E Properties, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1030 North Grand Ave. West. HPL, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,000.
