West Side Christian Church obtained a commercial permit for a parking lot expansion at 2850  W. Cider Mill Lane. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $500,000.

Illinois Environmental Council Education Fund obtained a commercial remodel permit for a solar project at 520 E. Capitol Ave. The contractor is WindSolarUSA, Inc. and the project is valued at $30,450.

Huntco Farms, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 107 W. Cook St.  The contractor is McMahill & son and the project is valued at $2,000.

Springfield Rentals, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 317 W. Washington St. The contractor is unknown and the project is valued at $5,000.

Springfield College in Illinois obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1400 N. Sixth St. The project is valued at $4,200. Another roofing permit was obtained for 1400 N. Fifth Street. The project is valued at $1,000. MLS Roofing is the contractor for both projects.

Ben Call obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for work at 3254 W. Iles Ave. Tony’s Electric Service, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.
