Lowe’s Home Centers, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for an addition at 3101 W. Wabash Ave. Rough Brothers, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $77,798.

ULM Distribution, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior renovations at 1205 S. Second St. The contractor is Jennifer Maurer and the project is valued at $288,000.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior renovation work at 2200 W. Wabash Ave. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $2,500,000.

Memorial Health System obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 701 N. First St. The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $1,050,000.

LV Springfield, LLC in care of SLK Global Solutions America obtained a commercial remodel permit for 3201 S. West White Oaks Dr. The contractor is Milliman Construction and the project is valued at $38,700.

INB Trust #13-05845-00 in care of Pacific Management, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for an escalator removal and floor infill at 100 E. South Grand Ave.  Joyner Construction Services, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $380,000.

Springfield Grand Hotel, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 109 N. Seventh St. The contractor is Williams Roofing and Construction, Inc. and the project is valued at $21,812.

Horace Mann Service Corp. obtained a commercial roofing permit for 905 E. Jefferson St.  Henson Robinson Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $83,786.

Jodi Springfield, LLC in care of Core Property Management obtained a commercial roofing permit for 31256 S. Douglas Ave. Able Roofing is the contractor and the project is valued at $15,750.

Springfield Art Association of Edwards Place obtained a commercial roofing permit for work at 717 N. Fifth St. Bolash Roofing and Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,900.

Lutheran High School obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for 3500 W. Washington St. SAC Wireless, LLC is the contractor and the project is valued at $30,000.

Hassebrock Family Property, LLC in care of Steven A. Hassebrock obtained a commercial roofing permit for 5651 W. International Parkway. The contractor is Bolash Roofing and Construction and the project is valued at $71,300.

The Islamic Society of Greater Springfield obtained a commercial remodel permit for 3255 Mathers Road. The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $500,000.
