Building permit roundup – August 19 – August 25

Read which building permits were approved by the City of Springfield between August 19 and August 25, 2019.

Lawrence Four, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for a new Dollar General at 2800 W. Lawrence Ave. Building Systems of Illinois is the contractor and the project is valued at $600,000.

National City Bank obtained a commercial remodel permit for an interior renovation at 1949 E. Sangamon Ave. The contractor is Blanton Construction and the project is valued at $125,000.

Capital City Trust in care of Mid-America Asset Mgmt., Inc. obtained a commercial accessory permit for a façade renovation at eh Capital City Shopping Center at 3137-3149 S. Dirksen Parkway. Leading Edge Corp. is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.

Third Monroe, LLC in care of Andrew Fendrich obtained a commercial remodel permit for 307 E. Monroe St. The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.

Carriage House Plaza, LLC obtained a commercial accessory permit for a cell tower at 2723 W. Monroe St.  The contractor is Deerfield Construction Group, Inc. and the project is valued at $98,380.

Xiao Guang Zhang obtained a commercial remodel permit for 2212 W. Saratoga Dr. Odds N Ends Home Repair is the contractor and the project is valued at $3,000.

Jerry Stasukinas obtained a commercial roofing permit for 801 E. Lawrence Ave. Robert and Bobbi Beggs is the contractor and the project is valued at $12,500.

John and Rosita Kuhlman obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for 2122 Clear Lake Ave. The contractor is SAC Wireless, LLC and the project is valued at $5,000.

Geneva Pacific Limited, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for a non-structural demo of Tom’s Heating and Air. Larson and Larson Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.

T-Mobile Towers obtained a commercial building permit for 1614 S. MacArthur Blvd. Deerfield Construction Group, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $15,000.
