Giffin, Winning, Cohen & Bodewes, P.C. has hired Bailey Felts as an associate attorney. Felts previously worked at the Illinois State Bar Association, where she served as an associate counsel. Prior to that, she was an assistant public defender at the Sangamon County Public Defender’s Office.
Felts received her undergraduate degree from University of Illinois at Springfield and her Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Her experience includes traffic, felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases. Currently, Felts concentrates her litigation practice on family law, real estate tax and insurance defense.
In addition to her legal career, Felts is an engineer Second Lieutenant in the Army National Guard and a volunteer with the North County Teen Court.
