Renken Properties LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at Schon Dental at 2809 Mansion Rd.  Ryan Homes and Development, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $70,000.

Marine Bank Trust 53-1527-7 obtained a commercial permit for at addition at 100 W. Cook St. The contractor is Michael Von Behren Builder, Inc. and the project is valued at $548,815.

Swaminarayan Gurukul USA obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 3150 S. Chatham Rd. The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $200,000.

Boyds New Generation, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for exterior work at 1831 E. South Grand Ave. The contractor is R. L. Vollintine Construction, Inc. and the project is valued at $100,035.

Stuckey Investors, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for remodeling and addition work at Motorheads Bar and Grill at 600 E. Toronto Rd. Ron Metzger is the contractor and the project is valued at $25,000.

Springfield Realty, LLC and Springfield Nassim, LLC obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for a rooftop platform at 500 E. Monroe St. Earthcom, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $50,000.

Capital City Trust in care of Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. obtained a commercial roofing permit for work at 3143 S. Dirksen Pkwy. Van Doorn Roofing, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $375, 360.

St. John’s Hospital of Hospital Sisters of 3rd Order OSF obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior work at 2901 Old Jacksonville Rd. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $27,000.

Midstate Youth Center obtained a commercial remodel permit for an interior, non-structural demolition at 3720 S. Hollis Dr. Mason Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $15,000.
