Goeckner, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for an addition to Car Wash City at 3316 Robbins Rd. The contractor is Bob Goeckner and the project is valued at $130,000.

Springfield Clinic, LLP obtained a commercial remodel permit for a $642,000 renovation on the first floor at 1025 S. Sixth St. Another commercial remodel permit was obtained for a $2,130,000 renovation on the second floor at the same address.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor for both projects.

Jackson Family LP obtained a commercial remodel permit for the construction of an office at 3230 Atlanta St. The contractor is JFLP Property Management and the project is valued at $5,000.

The Islamic Society of Greater Springfield obtained a commercial electric permit for work at 3255 Mathers Rd. TS Electrical is the contractor and the project is valued at $150,000.

Cedarhurst of Springfield obtained a commercial sign permit for 3520 Old Jacksonville Rd.  The contractor is Ace Sign Company and the project is valued at $10,329.
