Springfield Clinic, LLP obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1025 S. 6^th St.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $3,055,400.

The Gables Group, in care of Kerber, Eck and Braekel, obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 2930 W. Plaza Dr.  Curate Springfield, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $80,000.

Shelter Mutual Insurance Co. obtained a commercial remodel permit for an office remodel at 3167 S. Robbins Rd. Michael von Behren Building, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $35,000.

Swaminarayan Gurukul USA obtained a commercial remodel permit for 3150 S. Chatham Rd. The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $25,000.

Springfield Urban Redevelopment, LLC obtained a commercial fence permit for 501 E. Capitol Ave.  The contractor is Goodman Fence, Inc. and the project is valued at $2,591.

Solon, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for an interior demolition at 3461 E. Gatlin Dr. Joyner Construction Services, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $8,500.

Taylor Collision Enterprises, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1501 S. Groth St. The contractor is unknown and the project is valued at $2,500.

Sangamon North, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1911 E. Sangamon Ave. and the project is valued at $231,448. A commercial roofing permit was also obtained for 1941 Sangamon Ave. and that project is valued at $92,563.  Roofing Associates, LLC is the contractor for both projects.

Roman Catholic Diocese Blessed Sacrament Parish obtained a commercial demolition permit for a gymnasium demolition at 1903 E. Lake Shore Dr.  Maguire Wastewater Solutions is the contractor and the project is valued at $9,000.
