Government Property Fund in care of Fulcrum Property Corp. obtained a commercial remodel permit to remodel building #22 at 1401 E. Concordia Ct. and the project is valued at $95,000.  The same owners obtained a remodel permit for a gymnasium remodel and addition at the same address.  That project is valued at $320,000.  A permit was also obtained for a dining hall remodel at the same address, and that project is valued at $110,000.  A permit was obtained for an additional remodel at building #18 with a value of $30,000.  Joyner Construction Services, Inc. is the contractor of all the projects at this address.

M Pact, LLC (Series 1) obtained a commercial remodel permit for remodeling a dance studio at 6900 S. Preston Dr. The contractor is Rachel Maurer and the project is valued at $65,000.

Springfield Mowers and Power Equipment, LLC obtained a commercial fence permit for 1808 W. Jefferson St. Allied Fence is the contractor and the project is valued at $11,360.
