SFG-IL LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for Ruler Foods at 2117 Sangamon Ave.  The contractor is Knoebel Construction, Inc. and the project is valued at $450,000.

Saga Communications of IL obtained a commercial remodel permit for Capitol Radio Group at 3501 Sangamon Ave.  Michael von Behren Builder, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $369,552.

Memorial Health System obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovation work at 644 N. Second St. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $71,924.

West Side Christian Church obtained a commercial building permit for a foundation at 2850 W. Cider Mill Ln. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $500,000.

Springfield Park District obtained a commercial roofing permit for 701 W. Mason St. The contractor is Hytek General Contracting and the project is valued at $17,000.

Kathlyn Marie Gairani Trust obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1134 S. Seventh St. The contractor is Roofing Associates, LLC and the project is valued at $51,000.

Alan Carey and Paul Carey Trust obtained a commercial roofing permit for 2638 Stratford Dr.  Eric Allard Construction, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $17,260.

House of Prayer Apostolic Church obtained a commercial roofing permit for 334 W. Elliott Ave.  The contractor is Griffitts Exterior Home Design, Inc. and the project is valued at $15,562.

Don Curtis, LLC obtained a commercial fence permit for a 6 foot privacy fence at 1707 S. Dirksen Pkwy.  The contractor is Amco Fence and the project is valued at $7,500.

Little Angels Child Care obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 101 E. Allen St. Carolina Contractors and Painting, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $22,000.
