Paul and Lynne Carlson obtained a commercial remodel permit for 605 W. Jefferson.  The contractor is R. D. Lawrence Construction Co., Ltd. and the project is valued at $62,500.

INB Trust in care of Pacific Management, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for a stair remodel at the Harris Building at 100 E. South Grand Ave.  Joyner Construction Services, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $500,000.

St. John’s Hospital of Hospital Sisters of Third Order OSF obtained a commercial remodel permit for the Women and Children Center at 415 N. Ninth St. The contractor is O’Shea builders and the project is valued at $1,720,945.

An unknown owner obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for a pre-built storage shed at 3888 N. Peoria Rd. The contractor is API Solar and the project is valued at $6,000.

Springfield Custard, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for Culver’s Restaurant at 4400 Wabash Ave.  The contractor is McCon Building Corp. and the project is valued at $200,000.

Springfield Center for Independent Living, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for 330 South Grand Ave. West.  R. L. Vollintine Construction, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $9,000.

First Midwest Bank Trustee obtained a commercial building permit for 1400 S. Eighth St. Zach and Garrett Pierson are the contractors and the project is valued at $10,000.

Memorial Medical Center obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for 701 N. First St.  Senergy Electric, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $2,800,000.
