Fifth Street Renaissance obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1520 N. Seventh St.  D & O Contractors, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $310,000.

MBR Management Corp. obtained a commercial permit for 560 W. Jefferson St.  Joyner Construction Services, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $475,000.

Damet, LLC Series 1 obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1331 N. Wheeler Ave.  Parkland Environmental Group, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $15,000.

Graystone Properties, LP obtained a commercial remodel permit for 2025 N. Peoria Rd.  The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $3,000.

Brookside Village Association obtained a commercial fence permit for the south side of 50 Brookside Pl. through 90 Brookside Pl.  Goodman Fence is the contractor and the project is valued at $27,501.
