Springfield Mass Transit obtained a commercial parking lot permit for modifications to a bus transfer facility relocated from Capitol Ave. to 900 E. Washington.   The contractor is P. H. Broughton and Sons, Inc. and the project is valued at $800,000.  A commercial remodel permit was also obtained for minor interior remodeling of the drivers’ facility at 1000 E. Washington.  Mabus Building and Home Improvement is the contractor and the project is valued at $50,000.

Friendly Chevrolet, Inc. obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for a garage at 2540 W. Prairie Crossing Dr.  The contractor is Cloyd Builders, Inc. and the project is valued at $15,000.

Family Dollar Stores of Illinois, Inc. obtained a commercial fence permit for 1425 E. Cook St.  Amco Fence is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,980.

CTCC Properties, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1730 W. Jefferson St.  The contractor is Roofing Associates, LLC and the project is valued at $66,980.

Anchor Boat Club obtained a commercial building permit for a pole barn addition at 407 E. Lake Shore Dr.  The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $80,000.

Springfield Mass Transit obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for interior remodeling at 1000 W. Washington St.  The contractor is Ryan Electrical Solutions and the project is valued t $50,000.

JJ2 Properties, LLC obtained an electric remodel permit to update interior wiring at 503 E. Monroe St.  The project is valued at $5,000.  It also obtained a commercial electric remodel permit to rewire all apartment units at 501 and 501½ W. Monroe and also a permit to upgrade electric service at the same addresses.  Those two projects are valued at $35,000.  Woodside Electric is the contractor for all of the projects.

Legacy Hospitality Group obtained a commercial mechanical permit for Springhill Suites at 3921 S. MacArthur Blvd.  The contractor is King-Lar Company of Decatur and the project is valued at $6,200,000.

CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial plumbing permit for 2728 N. Dirksen.  Dries Brothers Plumbing Co. of Peoria is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.
