First Baptist Church obtained a commercial remodel permit for 301 South Grand Ave. West.  Zinn Construction, LLC is the contractor and the project is valued at $40,000.

1800 EAST, LLC obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for 1800 E. Adams St.  SAC Wireless, LLC is the contractor and the project is valued t $55,000.

Marine Bank Trustee in care of Leland Building obtained a commercial roofing permit for 333 S. 6^th St.  Henson Robinson Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $145,090.

CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 2720 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  Roofing Associates is the contractor and the project is valued at $53,400.

Anchor Boat Club obtained a commercial electric permit for interior wiring at 407 E. Lake Dr.  Cimarossa Electric of Pawnee is the contractor and the project is valued at $80,000.

Rock Island Economic Growth Corp. obtained a commercial mechanical permit for 501 E. Capitol Ave.  The contractor is E. L Pruitt Co. and the project is valued at $1,615.

Founders Properties obtained a commercial sign permit for 3051 Hollis Dr.  The contractor is Ace Sign Co. and the project is valued at $32,798.
