An unknown owner obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for 2320 W. Monroe St.  Ameritech is the contractor and the project is valued at $30,000.

Roofers Mart, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1700 E. Clear Lake Ave.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1130 S. Sixth St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $50,000.

Paul and Lynne Carlson obtained a commercial remodel permit for 605 W. Jefferson St.  Building Systems of Illinois, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $30,000.

Zinn Holdings, LLC obtained a commercial demolition permit for 323 S. Grand Ave. Keppler Environmental Management, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $7,000.

St. John’s Hospital of Hospital Sisters of Third Order of OSF obtained a commercial remodel permit for 415 N. Ninth St. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $95,000.

Hope School obtained a commercial building permit for 15 E. Hazel Dell.  Vicari Contracting, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,870.

Memorial Medical Center obtained a commercial remodel permit for 701 N. First St. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $9,730.20.

JJ2 Properties obtained a commercial building permit for 503 W. Monroe St.  The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $2,000.

CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial electric permit for 2728 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  Bledsoe Electric, Inc. of Mechanicsburg is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.  A commercial sign permit was also obtained. Schwartz Electric of Pekin is the contractor and the project is valued at $14,000.

Mekong Café 2, Inc. obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for 1308 S. Second St.  TD Electric of Roodhouse is the contractor and the project is valued at $58,000.

Legacy Hospitality Group obtained a fire sprinkler permit for 3921 S. MacArthur Blvd.  J. F. Ahern First Protection of Davenport, IA is the contractor and the project is valued at $6,200,000.
