J. C. Penney Co. Inc. Property Tax Office obtained a commercial permit for 1351 S. Dirksen Pkwy. The contractor is K. P. Sullivan Builders and the project is valued at $620,000.

Paul and Lynne Carlson obtained a commercial remodel permit to refurbish space for Turbo Fire Pizza at 605 W. Jefferson St.  Paul Carlson is the contractor and the project is valued at $60,000.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1130 S. Sixth St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $255,000.

Wal-Mart obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for 1100 Lejune Dr.  L. Keeley Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $17,650.

Certified Acquisition, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for work at 2500 Richards Lane.  The contractor is Certified Tank Manufacturing, LLC and the project is valued at $35,000.

Fred Wanless Trust obtained a commercial building permit for interior renovation work at 406 E. Monroe.  Bob Ferry is the contractor and the project is valued at $20,000.

Fred Wanless obtained a commercial mechanical permit for the On Track Car Wash at  840 Stanford Ave.  The contractor is AirMasters and the project is valued at $500,000.
