Jackson Family Limited Partnership obtained a commercial remodel permit for a renovation project at 2430 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  Matthew Jackson is the contractor and the project is valued at $264,800.

Springfield Clinic, LLP obtained a commercial remodel permit for infrastructure upgrades at 1025 S. 6th St.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $2,200,000.

Walmart Business Trust obtained a commercial remodel permit for electronic reconfiguration work at 1100 Lejune Dr.  Prestige Contracting, Inc. dba Space Age Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $50,000.

William R. Marriott Family Limited Partnership, Ltd. obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 1933 W. Iles.  The contractor is Matt Gietl and the project is valued at $30,000.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovation work at 4525 W. Wabash Ave., Suites D and E.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $650,000.

James and Judith Antonacci obtained a commercial remodel permit to remodel a fire-damaged structure at 2501 W. Monroe St.  Safeguard General Contracting, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $258,000.

Roofers Mart, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 1700 E. Clear Lake Ave.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $10,000.

Michael O’Neill obtained a commercial roofing permit for 2070 W. Monroe St.  Seth Molen Construction, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $5,000.

John and Sandra Fulgenzi obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1236 Sangamon Ave.  Tom Burgess Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,950.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial plumbing permit for a tenant build out at 400 N. 9th St.  The contractor is G. A. Rich and Sons, Inc. of Deer Creek and the project is valued at $2,350,000.
