CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for a Starbucks Coffee Company tenant finish at 2728 N. Dirksen.  Midwest Facilities & Construction, LLC of Hinckley is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.

Family Service Center of Sangamon County obtained a commercial demo permit for 1308 S. 7^th St. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $34,000.

Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for the CoreLife Eatery building at 2580 Wabash Ave.  The contractor is Live Wire Electrical Contracting and the project is valued at $250,000.
