O’Shea Builders has recently hired two new employees, Josh Frye and Scott Kinkade, who are both based out of the Springfield office.

Joshua “Josh” Frye was hired as assistant director of employee development after most recently working for H.D. Smith, now AmerisourceBergen. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Benedictine University since 2011, teaching classes on organization behavior and organizational leadership. A native of Sangamon County, Frye received his bachelor’s degree in counseling from UIS and his master’s degree in management and organization behavior from Benedictine University. He resides in Williamsville with his wife, Cassie, and three children.

Scott Kinkade joined O’Shea as a project engineer after running his own small business since 2015. He was the founder and general contractor for Kinkade Enterprises, a company specializing in remodeling and finish carpentry work. Kinkade received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from SIUE in 2013. He resides in Springfield with his wife, Taylor.

O’Shea Builders is a commercial construction-services provider with offices in Springfield, East Peoria and Champaign. Founded in 1902, O’Shea provides general contracting, construction management, design build, civil and building maintenance services.
