Horace Mann Service Corp. obtained a commercial remodel permit for improvements at 905 E. Jefferson.  The contractor is Evans Construction Co. and the project is valued at $65,000.

St. John’s Hospital of Hospital Sisters obtained a commercial remodel permit for 800 E. Carpenter St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $355,126.

Prairie State Bank and Trust obtained a commercial remodel permit for a proposed fit out on the first floor of 623 E. Adams St.  The contractor is Bob Barker and the project is valued at $8,700.

Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1720 South Grand Ave. East.  MLS Roofing is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,800.

West Side Christian Church of Springfield obtained a commercial roofing permit for 400 N. Bruns Lane.  The contractor is Sutton’s, Inc. and the project is valued at $23,101.

Steve and Shirley Swartz obtained a commercial remodel permit for a non-structural, interior demo at 4885 S. Industrial Dr.  The contractor is unknown and the project is valued at $10,000.

First Midwest Bank Trustee obtained a commercial building permit for work at 1400 S. 8^th St.  Zach and Garrett Pierson are the contractors and the project is valued at $10,000.

West Lake Animal Clinic obtained a commercial sign permit for 3220 Horizon Dr.  Ace Sign Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $11,857.
