Springfield Urban League, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for 100 N. 11th Street.  The contractor is Sutton’s, Inc. and the project is valued at $31,331.

Connor Properties, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for 1901 S. 15th St.  GCS Services is the contractor and the project is valued at $15,000.

Landmark III, LLC obtained a commercial accessory structure permit for 600 E. Corporate Ct.  Cobb Environmental & Tech Services, Inc. of Tupelo, MS is the contractor and the project is valued at $6,000.

Marienelli Family Investments, LLC obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1025 W. Junction Circle.  The contractor is Lewis & Clark Construction and the project is valued at $20,000.

Levi, Ray & Shoup obtained a commercial building permit for a solar panel project at 2387 W. Monroe St.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $250,000.

Jerry Myerscough obtained a commercial mechanical permit for a new tenant build out at 3788 Wabash Ave.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $200,000.

Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial mechanical permit for the CoreLife Eatery building at 2580 Wabash Ave.  Design Air Heating & A.C. of Decatur is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.

Walmart obtained a commercial mechanical permit for work at 2760 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  Weitekamp Refrigeration, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $660,000.

Memorial Medical Center obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for work on the pharmacy at 701 N. 1st St.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $2,290,000.
