Matthew Hanner obtained a commercial building permit for new refrigerated storage units at 710 E. South Grand Ave.  The contractor is Kinney Contractors, Inc. and the project is valued at $10,000.

Old Neighborhood Rehab, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for restoration work at 605 S. 4^th St.  The contractor is unknown and the project is valued at $230,000.

Cable Television and Communications Association of Illinois obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 98 W. Lawrence Ave.  Dave Alton is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,400.

Third Monroe, LLC in care of Andrew Fendrich obtained a commercial remodel permit for demolition and exterior renovations at 307 W. Monroe St.   The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $300,000.

Prairie State Bank & Trust obtained a commercial demolition permit for work at 7200 Woodland Trail.  Jay Shirley is the contractor and the project is valued at $30,000.

George Michael obtained a commercial roofing permit for 1306 S. 6^th St.  The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $3,000.

Springfield Third Addition, LLC obtained a commercial electric permit to repair violations of wiring at 2025 S. MacArthur Blvd.  The contractor is Speeks Electric and the project is valued at $20,000.

University of Illinois obtained a commercial electric permit for work at 9 Club Area.  University of Illinois Facilities is the contractor and the project is valued at $130,000.
