Bonstores Realty Two, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovation work at Michaels at White Oaks Mall, 2501 W. Wabash.  The Law Company, Inc. of Wichita, KS is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,500,000.

Trieger & Paoni, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for vehicle damage repair work at Springfield Psychological Center at 3416 Liberty Dr.  Sutton’s, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $20,000.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield and Little Flower Parish obtained a fence permit for 1800 South Grand Ave. East.  Goodman Fence is the contractor and the project is valued at $5,922.00.

T & J Family Limited Partnership obtained a commercial demolition permit for a partial demo at 631 Princeton Ave.  Jay Shirley is the contractor and the project is valued at $25,000.

CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial new mechanical permit for ductwork at Great Clips at 2724 Dirksen Pkwy.  Henson Robinson Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $60,000.

John Kurley obtained a commercial mechanical remodeling permit for work on the upper and lower levels of a commercial building at 431 South Grand Ave. West.  MB Heating and Cooling is the contractor and the project is valued at $185,000.

Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial sign permit for 3 signs at CoreLife Eatery, 2580 Wabash Ave.  Ace Sign Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $12,176.

Parkway Pasta, Inc. obtained a commercial sign permit for 2599 Wabash Ave.  The contractor is Ace Sign Company and the project is valued at $9,737.
