Jerry Myerscough obtained a commercial plumbing remodel permit for a new tenant build out at 3788 Wabash Ave.   The contractor is Bear Plumbing of Edinburg and the project is valued at $200,000.

Steve Clark obtained a commercial sign permit for an American Family Insurance sign project at 900 Clock Tower Dr.  I. D. Signs and Service is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000.

Parkway Pasta obtained a commercial sign permit for three signs at 2599 Wabash Ave.  I.D. Signs and Service is the contractor and the project is valued at $11,000.

Lorenzini Properties, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for work on a tenant space at 2937 S. West White Oaks Dr., Suite B.  The contractor is Joyner Construction and the project is valued at $25,000.

Health Care Service Corp. obtained a commercial remodel permit for roof replacement work and exterior improvements at 3405 S. Liberty Dr.  Henson Robinson Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $200,000.
