Chicago Title Land Trust obtained a commercial demolition permit for interior, nonstructural demo work at 401 S. Dirksen Pkwy.  Brad Milliman is the contractor and the project is valued at $75,000.

Springfield Right to Life obtained a commercial parking lot permit for 519 N. Bruns Ln.  Bill Moss Concrete is the contractor and the project is valued at $11,000.

Jerry Myerscough obtained a commercial remodel permit for a new tenant build out at 3788 Wabash Ave.  Joyner Construction Services is the contractor and the project is valued at $200,000.

SJ Valentine, LLC obtained a commercial electric permit for work at the Aquamarine Car Wash at 2600 Prairie Crossing.  Lindsey Electric, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000,000.

Land of Lincoln Goodwill, Inc. obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for work 2001 W. Wabash Ave.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $20,000.

Dan Daugherty obtained a commercial sign permit for the RainStorm Car Wash at 2905 Stevenson Dr.  Daugherty is the contractor and the project is valued at $6,500.

Levi, Ray & Shoup obtained a commercial sign permit for inside a skywalk at 2387 W. Monroe St.  Ace Sign Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $91,266.

Menard, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for expansion work at 2701 Marketplace Dr.  A second commercial remodel permit for the same address was also obtained for remodel work in the main building, garden center, special order area and receiving dock.  Poettker Construction of Breese is the contractor for both projects and the combined value is $1,200,000.

LV Springfield, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for work, including demo work, at 3201 S. West White Oaks Dr., Suite 100C.  Brad Milliman, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $47,000.

TR TLT510 c/o Peter Grebler, obtained a commercial remodel permit for repair work at 1814 S. 6th Street.  Repair Masters Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $5,000.

First and Jefferson, LLC obtained a commercial permit for a parking lot at 110 W. Jefferson.  Faulkner Concrete is the contractor and the project is valued at $35,000.

Horace Mann Service Corp. obtained a commercial remodel permit work at the first floor employment center at 1 Horace Mann Plaza.  The contractor is R. D. Lawrence Construction Co., Ltd. and the project is valued at $15,000.

Joyner Real Estate, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior demolition work at 7040 Kingsmill Court.  Terminix Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $8,000.
