Town and Country Bank has hired Howard Martin as a member of the commercial lending team. Howard serves as vice president, commercial banking officer, and is responsible for new business development within Springfield and the surrounding markets. His focus will be on commercial, industrial and commercial real estate lending within the respective markets.

Howard most recently served as the community bank president of Midland States Bank in Champaign. He has also worked for JP Morgan Chase and Busey Bank.
