Walgreens obtained a commercial remodel permit for 2020 S. MacArthur Blvd.  Icon Identity Solutions of Rolling Meadows is the contractor and the project is valued at $23,000.

McDonalds Corporation obtained a commercial fire sprinkler remodel permit for 522 W. Jefferson.  Automatic Fire Sprinkler, LLC of Normal is the contractor and the project is valued at $65,000.

ILLIRS Co., LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovation work at the IRS Building at 3101 Constitution Dr.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $761,346.
