Wayne Utterback has accepted a position as director of communications and digital content for the Illinois Association of Park Districts. He most recently worked as the communications manager for the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, a position he had held since February 2013.
Utterback has a degree in news editorial from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and previously worked as reporter for several different publications in central and southern Illinois.
