Menards, Inc. obtained a commercial building permit for a storage addition at 2701 Market Place Dr.  The contractor is Poettker construction of Breese and the project is valued at $394,193.

Steve Clark obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for an interior remodel at American Family Insurance at 900 Clock Tower Dr.  Harvell Electric of Taylorville is the contractor.  Clark also obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for the same address for which Estes Plumbing and Heating is the contractor.   The project is valued at $112,000.

Overland Properties, LLC obtained a commercial mechanical permit for work at a new Dollar General store on the frontage road at 5901 S. 6th St.  The contractor is Design Air Heating and Air Conditioning of Decatur and the project is valued at $600,000.

BB Properties, LLC obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for work at Fresenius Kidney Care at 140 S. Martin Luther King Dr.  King-Lar Company of Decatur is the contractor and the project is valued at $891,342.

Walmart obtained a commercial mechanical remodel for work at 2740 N. Dirksen Pkwy.   TDR Contractors, Inc. of Gilmer, TX is the contractor and the project is valued at $660,000.

Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for 5 Star Nutrition at 2476 Wabash Ave.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $54,000.

RAM Innovations, LLC obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for an interior build-out of Little Lincoln Toys at 3450 Liberty Dr., Suite B.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for the first floor lobby at 800 N. 1st St.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $490,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for 619 E. Mason St.  The contractor is Henson Robinson Company and the project is valued at $1,800,000.

Bill Furling obtained a commercial plumbing remodel permit for work at the FedEx office at 3432 Freedom Dr.  The contractor is Ridings Plumbing, Inc. and the project is valued at $93,782.
