CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior work at Great Clips at 2724 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  MCO & Associates of Phoenix, AZ is the contractor and the project is valued at $60,000.

CFT NV Developments, LLC also obtained a commercial mechanical permit for building shell work at 2720 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  The contractor is Henson Robinson Company and the project is valued at $750,000.

Parkway Pasta, Inc. obtained a commercial remodel permit for interior work at 2599 W. Wabash Ave.  Joe Rupnick is the contractor and the project is valued at $105,000.

TRI Murtigroup, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for a south end ramp repair at Howard Johnson at 1701 J. David Jones Pkwy.  R. Callahan Construction of Bethany is the contractor and the project is valued at $10,806.

Bill Furling obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for wiring work at FedEx at 3432 Freedom Dr.  The contractor is Watts Electric and the project is valued at $93,782.

MBR Management Corp. obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for wiring work at Spavia Day Spa at 3110 W. Iles Ave.  Request Electric of Riverton is the contractor and the project is valued at $3,598.
