Joseph’s Fine Cuisine, the latest venture for James “JoJo” Solomon and Joe Hacker, opened this week. After the success of their downtown location, JoJo’s Street Quisine, the owners decided to open a fine dining restaurant on the west side of Springfield. Joseph’s Fine Cuisine is anchoring the strip center at 3141 Hedley Road that Mike Ryan of Ryan Homes & Development, Inc. constructed last year.

The project has been delayed several times since the original planned opening in fall 2017. In a Facebook post late last week, Solomon said, “A lot of time and effort has finally paid off…Thank you so much for all the support and love. I plan on paying you back with the best dining experience in Springfield.”

Plans call for the restaurant to be open seven days a week, Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Currently, Joseph’s is taking walk-ins for lunch but dinner is by reservation only.
