Building permit roundup – July 18

Tadpole Point, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for the Goddard School facility at 3411 Hedley.  The contractor is Joyner Construction Services and the project is valued at $1,800,000.

Walmart obtained a commercial remodel permit for 2760 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  The project will include interior painting, restroom remodeling and some minor mechanical work.  Space Age Construction/Prestige Contracting of Dawson is the contractor and the project is valued at $660,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial remodel permit for the basement sterile storage AHU at 800 E. Carpenter St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $704,513.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial remodel permit for a lobby remodel at 800 N. 1st St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $490,000.  The clinic also obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for the same address.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $655,000.

Levi, Ray & Shoup obtained a commercial mechanical permit a new office and garage addition at 2387 W. Monroe.  The contractor is E. L. Pruitt Company and the project is valued at $17,000,000.

St. George Holdings, LLC obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for interior work at 300 E. Monroe.  Allied Plumbing and Heating is the contractor and the project is valued at $300,000.

Central Illinois Trucks, Inc. obtained a commercial sign permit for 3440 Gatlin Dr.  Ace Sign Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $15,000.
