Mike Ryan obtained a commercial building permit for the shell of the new retail center, Hedley Plaza II, at 3121 Hedley Dr.  Ryan Homes & Development, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a commercial building permit for the build out at the 1^st floor café at 400 N. 9^th St.  The contractor is P. J. Hoerr, Inc. of Peoria and the project is valued at $42,600.

Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for the Circle K at 1940 S. MacArthur Blvd.  CCI of Oreana is the contractor and the project is valued at $68,000.

Memorial Medical Center obtained a commercial remodel permit for the pharmacy at 701 N. 1^st. St.  The contractor is O’Shea Builders and the project is valued at $2,290,000.

Steve Clark obtained a commercial remodel permit for an interior remodel at 900 Clock Tower Dr.  Mason Builders of New Berlin is the contractor and the project is valued at $112,000.

Ben Call obtained a commercial mechanical remodel permit for a build out at the West Isles Business Center at 3254 W. Iles Ave.  Allied Plumbing and Heating is the contractor and the project is valued at $100,000.
